1、When installing environmental protection equipment, be sure to ensure the tightness of each connection port and pipeline, and take thermal insulation measures; Avoid low discharge temperature; Avoid the continuous heating (energy consumption) of the electric heating tube caused by the heat loss and the influence on the catalytic effect, as well as the pollution caused by the unorganized emission of gas.

2、 The catalytic block is a consumable and can be used for 1-2 years under normal production. When replacing the catalytic block, the internal sealing must be ensured. The gap between the catalytic block and the inner tank must be filled with solid insulating cotton, and there must be no air leakage, otherwise the catalytic failure may easily occur.

3、If the temperature display is abnormal during use, the thermocouple and heating tube may be damaged, the catalyst block may be poisoned or the sealing is not good. Please check regularly.
